LIABILITY WAIVER.

Reign Ink LLC accepts no liability for any allergic reaction to any of the products used during the rendering of its services. All persons MUST disclose any allergies, current medication and or recent medication they have / are receiving. Reign Ink LLC will make all prospective clients aware of this prior to any services rendered. A full list of the products and the product ingredients used by Reign Ink LLC will be disclosed prior to services rendered.  All clients are required to sign a Liability Waiver form prior to receiving services rendered by or on behalf of Reign Ink LLC.

PHOTOGRAPHY WAIVER

Reign Ink will ask all prospective clients prior to any services rendered to disclose whether or not they will be willing to share any photography taken by Reign Ink LLC of services rendered. All consenting clients MUST sign the Model Release form before any services are rendered.
